Very happy with the excellent work and reasonable price. Carlos and his assistant arrived on schedule and did an excellent job trimming our 12 foot tall arborvitae which is located on a mild slope. I learned that Carlos is certified as an arborist. I appreciate the extra time Carlos took to make some observations I requested regarding various trees and shrubs on our property. Definitely hire this company for any future work.

I hired Pacific Time Trees to trim and shorten our arborvitae hedges that had gotten completely out of control over the years. They also took down a good-sized birch tree. They showed up on time and did the work very efficiently. It was a big job, taking hours to complete. Carlos, the supervisor (who is also an arborist), managed the project. Then, based on their work on the front yard, I had them come back a few days later to do a similar project on the back yard hedges. They brought a large box truck with a trailer-towed chipper. Their cleanup was excellent on both projects. Their whole crew was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend these guys for any similar projects.

Carlos answered my request for a quote within the first ten minutes. He happened to be in our area later that afternoon and stopped by for the quote. He was very pleasant and respectful and wrote us out a quote right there and then. The price was very fair so we hired them for the job. They came out the very next day to do the work. It was a large job that took the whole day. We also wanted the stumps ground but they ran out of time to do it that day. But they came back the next weekend to complete the grinding. Both times they came out they were very commutative, did excellent work, and cleaned up everything! We couldnâ t have been happier or had a better experience.
