This company responded to our needs and went above and beyond and found Fire Hazards while on the repair which we are going to have them repair as well. Also they turned in the paper work and invoice as requested which is nice!

We had a vendor purchase a UPS for us, which turned out to have the wrong adaptor. Training had been planned for weeks, people had traveled thousands of miles, etc. and we had no equipment to with which to train. Your company was the only one that could get a tech out right away and he got the adaptor replaced in time to start our training. He was extremely professional and competent. Thanks for the support.
