I bought a new dishwasher from Sears and Pacific West was hired to do the installation. The first installation resulted in our water pressure in the sink going down to a trickle. When they came back to fix that, they installed another hose under the sink that leaked and caused extensive damage to the sink cabinet and our items in our storage room below the kitchen. Total damage was nearly $2000, and while they initially promised to reimburse me for that, they then disappeared and never responded to numerous calls and emails. Not recommended at all.
