Pacific West Painting did a subperb job from start to finish. The painters were professional,courteous, and prompt. They did everything that was promised in the contract. This is a two story house. The job was completed in four days and it looks great. The owner Bill Dumond, provided a detailed estimate which included specifics on the type and quality of the materials to be used to paint the home. Bill also included precise information on the preparation of the house prior to painting. such as , sanding, calking, and do repairs as necessary. The house looks great and we have since received many favorable comments from neighbors and friends.

Overall an excellent job. Paint looks great and there was no problem when I requested some touch ups. Workers were unobtrusive and professional.

The painters did an outstanding job. They were here on time each morning and worked all day except for a lunch break. They were very efficient at what they did, even replacing the patio roof. I would not hesitate to call them again when I need some painting done.

Pacific West did an excellent job of repainting a large portion of the exterior of our home. Other pro's quoted a single coat - while Pacific offered two coats at a very reasonable price. The work was top notch, with all windows and doors taped off prior to painting and no drips or mess left behind when they were done. Bill came out at the start of the project to review the requirements and came back toward the end to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We ended up adding some additional exterior work and indoor plastering that was also done exeptionally well. We would, AND WILL use Pacific West Painting again

Found Bill/Pacific West Painting through Service Magic. I have to say it was an extreme pleasure working with him. The painting crew was absolutely fantastic. They were professional all the way. They were on time every day. They were very respectful and paid attention to every detail, no matter how small it was. They even made some suggestions that we hadn't thought of which really made the house look better. Bottom line is that you could not ask for a better house painting company. Hands down, the best contractor of any kind that I have dealt with!!!

I was asked by elderly family members to find a trustworthy painter to restore the beauty to the exterior of their house. After several days of interviewing companies I selected Bill Dumond/ Pacific West Painting. Each day his workmen arrived on time, diligently worked throughout the day, paid attention to detail every step. Not intrusive to the people of the house & they consciously cleaned up their work areas each day. Bill Dumond was professional every step, not only honoring his original agreement, but went the extra mile to satisfy my family members. It�s a few days since completion & neighbors are asking for his number.

We were preparing our deceased father's home for sale and needed to move quickly, as we are all from out of town. We needed the interior of the house painted and the exterior power washed and some painting done. Pacific West Painting was friendly, helpful and able to come in and do the job immediately. He was also able to problem solve and take responsibility. All of us had to leave well before the job was done, while Pacific West Painting worked with the real estate agent to finish the job, had a can-do attitude, supervised his workers well and did an excellent job. We were very satisfied. Reasonable price, too!

Willing to admit that I may be an outlier for this vendor ... he has many excellent references and an apparent long history. Nonetheless, my experience was horrible. I believe that most of this was secondary to failed leadership and supervision by the owner. The job did not get completed on time after multiple failed commitments. The communication in the end was unsatisfactory. The clean-up following was very poor.

I can't say enough about Bill Dumond's team of painters. They were all hard workers, and sometimes I had to tell them to take a break! My home looks so much better and the walls are free of any paint errors. I only had two extremely minor areas to touch up after they were done. I'm so pleased I decided go to Service Magic to find my paint contractor. I will continue to use Service Magic when ever I can and hopefully I will end up with the same exceptional quality I received from Pacific West Painting & Drywall, Inc. My home is about 1852 square feet and the painters took about 20 hours to do the walls and the base boards.

Bill and his team were exquisite. They made my house the envy of all on the block! I never imagined that my house could change so substatially with a few coats of paint! I know the value of my house will go up immediately! Bill was so patient and flexible with my schedule. I really appreciate his fairness and integrity. I already have recommended him to others! If I ever need anything painted or drywalled i will definately call him...A plus!

A subcontractor was used to complete the job since it was so small. Drywall repair is one of the most annoying things to do since dust gets everywhere, though with the proper prep everything should turn out ok.

We were somewhat concerned with the initial communication process. We faxed an approval of the estimate immediately upon receipt however didn't hear anything for several days. The job itself was done well. They were at our home on time and did a good job. Our house looks years younger and we are very happy with the results.

Overall I feel I received excellent value for my money--workers were fast and efficient and reponsive to any concerns I had . I would select pacific west again for any future painting or drywall needs.
