The plumber was very quick to respond and sent me photos when he finished the job on a rental property he was working on for me.

He first suggested that water pressure seemed alright. However, it was higher and we wanted it back to where it was. He dug up the pressure valve, found parts were rusted out, went to buy new valve, returned and replaced and cleaned up area.

He methodically and efficiently solved a range of plumbing issues (install sink faucet & supply lines, install water heater & timer, install hose bib & supply line, snake shower drain, fix leaking sink and toilet) all in a day. Expert, quality work at a fair price.

I am more than pleased with the work Pacifica Plumbing, Jeff Villinger did for me. He installed 3 bath faucets in my 43 year old townhouse. It involved changing out the pipes under the sinks. He checked out my installation of new sinks too. He showed up on time, worked non stop and came in under the agreed upon amount.
