When I contacted company regarding my project they were very helpful with professional recommendations and best advices what better to do to accomplish my project.

I was fortunate to find Jeff Pacini after several estimates prior to his visit. I am a professional Project Manager with many years of experience with local business's, so I do not say this without just cause. My wife noted at this initial visit he was very honest in his assessment of the project, I found this to be true through the completion of the job. There price is very much in line with the other 4 estimates but the work done was beyond our expectation. We needed to complete dry rot work before the tile installation as part of the project, and Brian.s work was again excellent. Pacini's experience was clear over other contractors we contacted from store names. Believe me this is an independent review, and a solid recommendation. I only wish I would have found them earlier. I received three bids and selected Pacini to do a the job after they provided some innovative solutions the other companies did not think of. Their workers showed up everyday on time, were professional, highly skilled, and cleaned up after they left. They finished only a couple days beyond the original quote even though we encountered some issues with the floor being uneven in two areas. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeff Pacini gave us great resources to look for our tile and moulding and suggestions for the design. The workers were meticulous in laying the tile and keeping our home very clean during the project. The workers and Jeff checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied as the floor was being done. They also did extra things, like installing a toilet paper holder and towel rack after the painter had left and the paint dried.

They were meticulous in the tile laying. It is very uniform and well done, solid. They worked around the floor by removing the toilet and reinstalling, adjusting pocket door to fit new floor, cut door bottoms to fit new tile. We had raised our floor 1/4 inch from the old. Replaced the Baseboards with new, etc. etc. They are very professional.

THEY CAME ON TIME, FINISH THE JOB A DAY EARLY.,VERY PROFESSINAL,CLEANED UP EVERY NIGHT.I WOULD RECOMMENDED TO MY FRIENDS.

This is a first class tile contractor. Work came in at the bid price, workers showed up on time, they cleaned up daily and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them for any tile work that you may have.
