DO NOT USE THIS GHETTO COMPANY! They damaged several items and Kyle stated that someone from the insurance company would call me. It has been over a month and Iâ m still waiting

This is my second time hiring Pack It Up and I would definitely recommend them. Great crew, great care, and reasonable to work with.

The movers were on time and very patient. I was able to get a lot done and they were very accommodating as well. Super helpful and courteous.

I found this company via Groupon. I scheduled them to come out on 11/27/19. The day before Thanksgiving. They were supposed to start between 1 pm and 2 pm. I called them a little after 1 to confirm they were still coming. I was told by Richard they would be there around 2 pm, they did not show up until 7:30 pm. I called the office several times from 2 to 6 and no one answered. The movers called me after 4 saying they were still at their last move and would arrive as soon as they could. When they arrived, they were very friendly and nice guys. They scratched the ceiling of the newly painted wall at the top of the stairs. They finished about 3 hours later, the late start really disrupted our day. We wasted a lot of hours waiting around.

We acquired this moving company to move our furniture for 4 hour total starting at 8am. They came two hours late, stating they got lost. They were careless in moving, putting holes, dents and scratches to our walls, ceilings, trims, wooden hand rails, newel posts, hardwood floors that they covered up with carton after they did damage and door frames. Me and my wife warned them numerous time to stop banging with our furniture and to pickup things, not to drag it but they did not care. One guy was pressing his sweaty body against the walls every time he carried something, no matter of the weight of the furniture so it must had been on purpose. They made comments like What cheap a** walls you have. When they were ready to drive to the second house to unload, they waited until we left and probably wanted to get lost for another two hours but we waited around the corner until they pulled out and got behind them. They noticed us so they signaled for us to go in front of the truck and lead them. When we arrived to the second house, only two workers were in the truck, other guy left for lunch so I assisted them in unloading so they do not charge me for more time. At the end and few scratches at the new house I asked the main person to go back with me and fix the damage because the house needed to go on the market next day. He refused and offered $75 off the bill. I said you can put that but I do not know how much will damage cost and I will ask a professional to come and fix it and I will call your office after it is done since you are insured. He did not say anything and they left. I have fixed the damage and called them numerous times and left voicemails but they never returned my calls. Mr. Richard Gxxxx called me yesterday after I emailed their insurance company and said that they gave me $75 and that is all. Cost of the repairs after them were in thousands of dollars. Never use these movers if you care about your belongings. I hope this review helps someone who will try to hire them in the future.

They had to make another trip the next day, because they did not have the equipment to move one piece of furniture. I was charged another day fee. Did not cover my furniture part of the trip. Had to bring the furniture in the rain, it got really wet. When I asked, the driver said he could make the turn to get to the unit. The driving on the first day was able to get just a few feet away. Not pleased with the second team of movers. I did not think I should not pay for second day trip!

They had the best price. They were on time and professional.

Pack it up moving and storage did a horrible job in our local move damaging or destroying numerous important items. We are fighting with them over insurance coverage. Regardless of insurance they have an obligation to move items with care which they did not.

This was an office move. They were very diligent and worked hard and at a great pace. Some movers work too slow for me, but I never thought they needed to hurry up. They were diligent to protect all of our belongings. They were also very kind and respectful. They were a little late, but that is life in Atlanta with the traffic. I would hire them again.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. It was a joy to have this company in my home and handling my valuable items.
