Packwood Enterprise, LLC

I found Randy Packwood through Angi’s List, and I’m so glad I chose him for my home renovation project. Randy was the only contractor I interviewed, and after sitting down and talking with him, I felt confident moving forward with him. He was friendly, professional, and down-to-earth, and I’m so glad I trusted my instincts! Throughout the project, Randy was accommodating and willing to work with me on changes to bring my vision to life. Even when I chose a house color he wasn’t initially sure about, he ended up loving the finished result! Randy coordinated several specialized crews for the demolition, window installation, interior window framing, and deck work. Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional. The original siding and window project stayed within the quoted price, and Randy even reduced the price a little. When I decided to add a deck instead of a carport, he gave me a reasonable price for that work, too. The project was expected to be completed

Packwood Enterprise turned our covered RV structure into a home! From beginning to end of the construction we had nothing but good luck with everyone that came out to work. Concrete and framing went in/up quickly and we could easily see our "barn" becoming the barndamim we were wanting. Packwood Enterprise and the team heard what we wanted, had great ideas that we implemented, (pet feeding station, hidden cabinet) into our plans. We definitely recommend Packwood Enterprise! We love this house they built for us!

We had a part of our patio brought in to expand our casual dining space. They took our dream and made it so beautiful that it looks like it was built this way in 1959 with the rest of the house. The casual dining was just one piece of a list of things that needed to be touched nearly throughout the house. The project moved ahead very quickly and smoothly. We highly recommend giving Packwood Enterprises a call for any home improvement project. We are working on another project now because of the good experience with previous projects.

Using the messaging with contractors wasn’t as easy as I had hoped..only 2 followed through on contacts.

They gave me a reasonable quote, finished the job within three days, cleaned up, and now it is ready for the next phase.

Excellent service. The workers were very respectful, courteous and thorough. They left the work area, clean and hauled off all the debris. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them.

I had two bathrooms remodeled. Both are stunningly beautiful. Randy and his team worked with me to implement my designs. The team is comprised of experienced professionals. From demolition to completion the job went smoothly. Communication was great.

You left your drill on the back poarch in a chair. You are welcome to come get it

Randy was very professional from the first phone call to the completion of service. He listened to our needs, and developed a plan that was affordable. He and his assistant completed the installation of safety grab bars speedily and efficiently. Should any other need arise in which we need contracting work, we will definitely call Packwood Enterprises!

Great people, on time and on budget! Work was top notch

Packwood Enterprises, LLC did a wonderful job on our deck and pergola. They started the project and finished in record time. I had more photos but you are limited to 10mb. Can?t go wrong with Packwood Enterprises, LLC.

Packwood Enterprises did an amazing job! Kept the area clean and did exactly what we asked. Loved working with them.

Knowledgeable and professional! Over the last several years, they completed contract work covering complete home remodeling, bathroom remodeling, plumbing, electrical, painting and fencing. The Go to Guys!

While Mr. Packwood is generally a congenial person, at the time of our project he had too many other jobs going and could not keep up with them all. Ours was a complete kitchen rebuild and we still are dealing with the results of shoddy workmanship. From a kitchen island built 4? wider than designed to drawers that do not close properly; a lack of attention to detail is present. I see many great reviews for fence building by Packwood Enterprises. I would recommend them for that type of work, but for a major remodel, beware of this contractor. Be sure to have a detailed contract of work to be done as well as a timeline. Specify in writing the specific materials to be used. Require detailed justification for any additional expenses claimed. As always, ?Buyer Beware?.

They built a gate to my back yard. Fantastic quality and looks amazing. We are very happy with the workmanship.

Mr Packwood and his guys did a fantastic job building our deck and pergola. They built it so quickly, I was amazed. It took a little over 2 days for construction and then finishing began. All workers were courteous and respectful of our property. You could not ask for a better building experience.

They were skilled, polite, and consulted me with any issues. I would hire them again

An amazing team that went above and beyond to make our fence a custom piece of art! They are very detail oriented and make sure the customer is completely satisfied! Highly recommend!!!!! Call Randy today!

The project was accomplished exactly as we wanted. Very happy with the fence.

Great service, reliable contractor, fair pricing on work. Work was done on the exteterior and interior of my house. Exterior work replaced old masonite matetial with Hardie Board. Painted and caulk out side. Updated showers on two bath rooms plus painted large main livi g area.

Overestimates significantly on materials and offered no refund for materials not used or equipment not rented as well as work not performed. I recommend getting a detailed breakdown of materials and work beforehand and a detailed list of what was actually done and used with receipts at final collection noted in the contract. One wall was noticeably bowed and not corrected. Could not use glass door because the shower surround would not support one after the work was performed. etc...Workers were kind and respectful. To my knowledge and observation Mr Packwood did not perform any work himself nor inspections and was not present for any of the install

Packwood Enterprise, LLC Was friendly, efficient, attentive, and kept us updated every step of the way. They used top quality materials. Their crew was hard working, courteous, and very efficient. They even cleaned up the workspace afterwards. We will definitely use Packwood Enterprise, LLC again in the near future!

Very good, would use again!

Great experience from start to finish. Packwood Construction provided a comprehensive, written proposal, friendly and skilled personnel, timelines with project goals, and ease with whom to discuss project direction and decisions along the way. I highly recommend a consultation with Randy Packwood for expert advice on your next interior or exterior home improvement project.

Randy and his crew were amazing from the start. Theyâ re easy to communicate with, installed a top notch quality fence, and cleaned up the site afterwards. We LOVE our fence! Thank you, Packwood Enterprises!!!
