Paco was introduced to us by a friend to work in my dear friend, a 92-year-olds yard. We were hopeful because we knew most Mexicans had a reputation for being hardworking. However, our experience turned out to be very disappointing. Before starting, Paco insisted on a $200 cash deposit, which we paid (We thought we had a mutual friend, he would not just take the money and not do the work). He arrived five hours later, only after multiple calls from me. We had given clear instructions on the work we wanted and asked for before-and-after pictures since we live in another city. Despite promising to provide the pictures, he never followed through. Three days later, my husband went to review the work, and Paco had only completed half of it. We had personally shown him all the areas requiring attention before agreeing to the job, making it even more frustrating. When we tried contacting him again, he did not respond. He eventually called back, apologizing for phone issues and health problems, and promised to fix everything on the following Sunday. Reluctantly, we gave him another chance. But once again, Paco did not show up as promised. We tried reaching out through calls and texts, but he remained unresponsive. Our mutual friend also attempted to contact him multiple times without success. It is been another week, and Paco seems to have disappeared entirely. Given our experience, I cannot recommend hiring him. If you must deal with him, make sure not to pay until the work is fully completed and up to your satisfaction.

Very timely and willing to work with me. Price was reasonable, beat other estimates. Got three trees cut instead of just the one I had planned. Would use again.

These guys arrived around 8:00, analyzed the situation (the removal of two trees), did what they had to do, by 5:00 they were gone and so were the trees. Excellent job.

I live out of state and needed property cleaned off. Paco kept in contact as to what needed to be done, how it would be done and when. The clean-up was as promised and we were very satisfied by the videos he sent. He and his staff were kind and thoughtful. I would hire him again.

Checked front yard before they left, check back yard later didn't cut grass low enough and trim close to fence. Someone smoked and threw buds in yard.was very nice. Charged 40.00 dollars but gave 45.00 wanted to be fair yes I would uses again
