Water Heater - Repair or Service
12AM - discovered flood in basement from a burst water heater and began the arduous task of cleaning up the water. 4AM - left a message for Padilla's Plumbing through Home Advisor 7:02 AM - received a call from Cesar Padilla. 7:22 AM - Cesar came to the house to assess the situation. 7:55 AM - New hot water tank arrived. 9:15 AM - All done! A great experience and a very fair price. I've already hired Cesar Padilla for additional projects, and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

prompt, professional and very, very nice. Listened to my concerns - addressed each of them. arrived on time - explained everything he was doing and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Work was completed in the time assessed and done completely to my satisfaction. Cleaned up afterwards.Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

After the job was completed and paid by check he said, i need another 100% more money lol. he used parts on my house from another job he told and admitted it to me,I asked for a receipt and he said i had these parts from another job i took,!! so i will never hire him again!

They contacted me straight away when I posted my job. I wasn't ready to hire as I wasn't going to be home for the next few weekends. When I finally was ready I texted them and he showed up the next day and fixed the problem. Excellent service. Very professional. Cleaned up well. Nice to deal with.

They were prompt, courteous, and effective. After sending a picture of my kitchen faucet (which was leaking), I was able to get a replacement kitchen sink faucet installed within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Mr. Padilla to others.
