Very honest engineer. He performed a mandatory seismic inspection that was required for the city of Hayward. There was no foundation issue whatsoever. Before Mr Padir did the inspection I had a retrofit company look at my building and they told me it would cost $58k to fix the problem and I almost fell for it. It turns out that one joist was rotten from a sewer leak that was repaired. It is hard to find honest people these days. I am so glad it is only a cosmetic fix and a sister joist installed next to it to relieve the pressure on the building. Thank you once again Mr. Padir. Excellent job and quick turnaround.

He expanded the report to cover information that I did not need or want so he could charge an additional fee beyond the original quote. He personally was good. This was such a small job that he padded the report to 58 pages of details that I said I did not need.

Amin was excellent to work with. He knew exactly what needed to be done for my project of removing a load bearing wall. He worked quickly to produce the required documents and responded to my questions very promptly. His documents easily passed the city permit process on first submission!! My confidence in his work was affirmed when he accompanied me to the San Jose Building Permit department. He was well-prepared and the plans he produced made it through the permit process in one short visit. My compliments to the San Jose Building Department for having inspectors available to examine the plans and issue the permit.

I am a Realtor and was representing Sellers. The Buyers in athe transaction wanted $16,500 for foundation work based on a report from a foundation inspection company. My property inspector and an architect friend felt the report was completely in error. I called Home Advisor and Padir responded. The inspector came out the same day; charged a very reasonable price and delivered a professional 17 page report. We gave that to the Buyers Realtor and settled on a very small credit based on the report from Padir.
