John and helper (Matthew) did a great job screwing down my aging deck/dock boards, tightening my rail wires, and reattaching (screwing down) my facia dock boards. Also did some caulking of my house stucco joints and windows. Deck is now in much better shape than in any of the previous 5-6 years. Hard working fellows, whom are very pleasant. The deck and dock should now be able to last another 5 years or more, without problem. It was pretty shabby before, with some of the facia boards falling off (screws had rusted through), and with bowed boards on the deck and dock area. Looks much better now!

John and Chris did an amazing job on our back deck. They were excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in adding artistic details to the hand rails. Our back porch is now functional and beautiful.

Very professional. John recognized my desire for a quality power washing of my dock and asked me to review his work on the dock's surface from time-to-time. John put in the time and effort needed to do the job right. Padre Island Solutions exceeded my expectations regarding a prompt start and the quality of the finished work. I also thought the cost was very reasonable. I will definately consider hiring Padre Island Solution for future projects.
