John and helper (Matthew) did a great job screwing down my aging deck/dock boards, tightening my rail wires, and reattaching (screwing down) my facia dock boards. Also did some caulking of my house stucco joints and windows. Deck is now in much better shape than in any of the previous 5-6 years. Hard working fellows, whom are very pleasant. The deck and dock should now be able to last another 5 years or more, without problem. It was pretty shabby before, with some of the facia boards falling off (screws had rusted through), and with bowed boards on the deck and dock area. Looks much better now!

John and Chris did an amazing job on our back deck. They were excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in adding artistic details to the hand rails. Our back porch is now functional and beautiful.

Very professional. John recognized my desire for a quality power washing of my dock and asked me to review his work on the dock's surface from time-to-time. John and his team were absolutely spectacular. Not only were they extremely competitive in their pricing, they met my tight timeline to repaint every single wall, baseboard, and ceiling in a 1,500sq foot home that had been smoked in on the island. Other companies' estimates we're saying it would take 7-14 days and double to tripple the cost. (Dragging out the work to get paid more) Padre Island Solutions showed up on day one at 5:30 A.M! They continued to work 4 days straight, 12 hours a day until the job was completed. The experience with the owner of Padre Island Solutions was what made this experience beyond a 5 star company. He touched base with me several times each day and came by every evening to see how the project was going and ensured every last detail was to my satisfaction and would not take payment until everything was complete to my standards. He is a local Islander and has been a part of this small community for 10+ years. I was leery at first because of the lack of reviews but as soon as I met with them in person I knew they were the ones I was going to go with and in the best hands with. VERY friendly, VERY welcoming, honest to goodness great people that you get the next door neighbor feeling from. I am extremely handy, but do plan on calling Padre Island Solutions again if I decide to remodel the bathrooms. A++++
