Pahl Construction added a pergola onto our existing deck and did an outstanding job. Eric Pahl is an experienced and professional builder and the skill, knowledge and advice he brought to our project was appreciated. He was easy to work with and came at the times he said he would. He committed to a schedule, stuck to that schedule and finished promptly. The cost of his work was reasonable and fair and his construction knowledge saved us money over other builders plans. We were totally pleased with the quality of his work and the end result. From our experience, Eric Pahl is a terrific builder.

Eric and his crew worked very hard long hours in extreme cold. Great finished product and pricing. He gives additional price breaks for larger jobs and additional projects. It is a pleasure to recommend him and will call him again when the need arises.

Super company! Eric cared about the safety of his men and work site. Listened to what I had to say regarding modifications to the project. Took initiative to point to items that would be an issue down the road if left uncorrected. Recycled good used materials to save money and keep good materials out of the land fill. Made contact with Eric Pahl the owner and he promised to come and look at the project the next day and came at the time he said he would. he estimated the job and said he would start the very next day as he had another job waiting for some approvals. He arrived the next morning as promised and completed the job except for a part that had to be done later. He said he would be back at the end of the week to complete the work and would wait until the job was done for payment. He arrived at the end of the week and completed the project and was paid for the job. His crew left the site clean, put items back, and took all trash with them. I could not have been more pleased!!

Closed in patio with wood and screen, replaced deck, re-modeled family room and updated bathroom. Mr Pahl promptly provided a thorough estimate. He and his crew were very careful to insure that the work they were performing was exactly what we wanted. They worked very efficiently and were very careful to finish work and minimize the mess. He would continually verify that we were satisfied with the work and ask if we had suggestions about how to finish off. He also was very helpful on another unexpected project (replacing a broken kitchen faucet). He is very knowledgeable and capable and I recommend him highly and plan future projects.
