They did everything right

Julio did an excellent job painting our 1920s multi-family house in Summit. This was not a simple repaint — the project included multiple rental units, common stair areas, old plaster ceilings, historic trim, difficult window sills, doors, baseboards, and kitchen cabinet refinishing. The work completely changed the feeling of the house. Julio visited the site regularly, organized the work efficiently, and personally handled the more technical and challenging parts of the job. He also made practical suggestions that improved the project, including advice on removing old cabinets where appropriate. I found him honest, punctual, efficient, and thoughtful. He understands old-house renovation better than many painters and takes real ownership of the work. I would recommend him for whole-house interior painting, trim restoration, common-area painting, and cabinet refinishing.

They did a beautiful job! It looks brand new, they put up sheet rock, painted, put new baseboard in. I am extremely happy with their work. I would have them come back again.
