"Rob, I am glad your happy with the work, A fair price we can all live with. Nick."
"Steve, I specifically addressed the problems that I had in the past with this product. and that using a semi-transparent stain with a Pigmented color would provide uneven results, I choose to roll the product on without brushing it, which I always do, because of the "lap marks" a brush would leave. That is why the sides of the boards are not finished. You choose NOT to take my advice and proceed using a transparent stain with color, The very results I warned you about, are the very results you are bashing me for. We had this conversation!"
"Tanya, Glad we can help you with your move across town in Montclair. The speed with Quality is the value we bring to the market! That is why you hire a professional painting company like Paintcorp. Look out for future offers.... reserved for customers like you!"
"Thanks Jim,for your patience during this busy and rainy season. Good luck with your move!"
"To all prospective clients: I was hired by Warren to stain his deck. This client would not accept rain as an acceptable reason for the delay in getting to his project, In addition to the fact I had scheduled clients before his project, to which he replied, "I do not care". Warren is a complainer who did not want to wait his turn in line. When logic and reason are not a legit excuse for a delay on a project, like, rain, on a deck refinish project, it is best we part ways. If you are logical and want a great job done at a fair price, invite me to bid on your next project."
"When I finished the job Phillip seemed very happy with the job and paid me in full. The deck was in very bad condition, had not been worked on in years, so there is only so much a sanding could do, but in the end looked 100% better! I contacted him every time we arrived to work on his deck as requested.(Usually not needed if we are working outside) As for the color, He could not make a decision and he told me to pick 1 of the 2 that we narrowed down from the chart. The color we slightly lighter, but acceptable. Color NEVER matches perfect from the chart to the wood. This deck was neglected and Phil could'nt choose a color on his own. It's funny, people who take NO responsiblity are always the one who have the biggest complaint. I'm glad to have finished this project and move on. See Reviews below"
"Thank you, Danielle! Enjoy your deck this summer. We look forward to working with you again."
"Thank You Ann , I look forward to painting your exterior in the Spring!"
"Greg, Thanks for the 5 star review, it was great working for you...."
"Lee, I understand your fustration with the color. When I told you that our supplier would need to special order the color, you were in a rush to get it done by the weekend. You said there too many colors to choose from and the color selection fell into my lap.We started this whole process several weeks ago, before you finally decided to go with me and now you were in a rush to complete the project because you were having company. I warned you that once the color goes on the wood it could be quite different from what you see on the chart. All stain is applied by brush and is evenly brushed out . There were no drips when we did the final walk around. As for the dead grass, this is the first I'm hearing of it as was not an issue when we signed off on the job and nothing in this process could have killed a patch of grass. You did not take my advice about not using the colored semi-transparent stain and you are left with the results that I advised you about before the project began. with these coloed transparent stains"
"I do not understand why A.L. would only give a 3 star on quality. I simply power washed her deck, which was black due to the amount of moister and trees in her yard. We methodically power wash every square inch of your decking and the results were nigh and day. If there was more that she expected, she never brought it to our attenteion."
"Thanks for the review Mike, See you when your ready for the inside painting work"
"Thanks Rob, I look forward to future projects in getting your home ready for your New Family. Best, Nick Fiore"
"Yes, Removing wallpaper and Glue is a sloppy job, Also, we were told the carpets were being replaced So our team took care but the thought is was ok that a drip of paint got on the carpets. I reviewed the project with the crew and made some improvements for this not to happen again."
