Anderson did an excellent job of cleaning our roof tiles within an affordable price beating all the quotes I received. He was on time and communicated promptly on any questions I had.
Strongly recommend him for any services he provides. TY Anderson.

Anderson helped get my outdoor shed cleaned up on a Sunday. Moved everything outside and then used his power washer to clean and then moved everything back. Also helped slide the shed to new position. Efficient and quick! Thanks!

Roof Cleaning Service
Anderson did a great job. When we called him he was able to come out the next day. The roof came out fantastic as did the gutters and our patio. This was Insurance job so Anderson provided photos and an invoice for us. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Roof Cleaning Service
My insurance company had sent me a notice that they would not continue my policy unless I get the roof power washed. Silvestor did an excellent job of cleaning the roof. More importantly he provided the detailed before and after pictures as well the precise documentation that insurance company needed. My insurance company has revoked the hold. I highly recommend Silvestor. He is also very easy to work with.
