We had existing kitchen cabinets painted and found more than a dozen places on our cabinets with paint drips or unsmooth finishes. When we mentioned these areas to Tonya and Mike, they acted insulted that we brought it to their attention. We made several attempts to have them come back to see the areas and they made no attempt to do so. I sent multiple pictures clearly showing the issues and still got no action taken. Aside from the fact they were on time and communicated well in the beginning , it is completely irresponsible in my opinion to not stand by their work. Certainly not customer focused.

I had some boards on house to get replaced and boards on the deck to get replaced and asked if they could do this for me because I could not find anyone to replace these pieces on the house and they did it for me. They did everything I asked of them too, caulking the house and fixing spots after walk thru and even doing more caulking to make it better. Great Job!

I don't think any other painting service can beat what Painted Prairie has to offer as far as price and quality goes. They were extremely prompt with providing us an estimate and were able to schedule our project right away. If the need for painting comes up again, we will definitely use Painted Prairie!
