Making use of subcontractors which wasn't told to us. Subcontractor didn't know paint color, lots of paint dust on items and overspray. Didn't cover properly due to issue between subcontractor and Painter Bros.

I know there were a few setbacks with your project that we all worked very hard to get through for you. Sometimes things just don't go as planned sadly. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can do to help offset your discomfort. We had managers over at your house consistently, and we are more than willing to send them back over if needs be.

The paint job had to be redone. Once the owner was aware that I was not satisfied with the original painting job he had a crew come back and fix all the issues I had. It is good to know that he stands behind the quality of the work and will make it right.
Response by Painter Bros: Kathy, I just wanted to take a minute to respond to this review. It sounds like there were some areas left undone when the painters left your house. I know that since then we have been back and have fixed the areas that needed fixing, and that our project manager Kiel has been in contact with you regularly to ensure you had a good finished product. I Hope that our follow through has offset the original unhappy experience.
