They did the job and the painter was friendly but they just didnâ t do all the things the person who gave the bid said they would. Mostly prep work, nothing was sanded, they painted over wallpaper glue after we were told theyâ d spend a full day removing the glue, sanding and prepping. A month later and paint has already started to scratch off. Disappointed. We told the owners there were problems and they apologized and then asked for my credit card number, They expected me to tell the painter things needed to be done to a higher quality after things were done. I will not hire them again.

After the estimator came out, the painter came unprepared to do the job. Improvised and had to come back the next day with an appropriate ladder to repair mistakes. She should have known what kind of equipment was necessary. Had a small ladder to paint a split entry.
