Next Gen Kitchen & Bath

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY-- Hired Nextgen to remodel 2 bathrooms. 1ST bathroom-THE floor is very very uneven, they installed lamement flooring that is buckling, texture doesn't match ,bath tub not level, shower doors doesn't close right, shower head they didn't mount right. THEY were going to put the vanity (I bought ) in without painting after they put new drywall in.--THEY said painting was not included. They didn't caulk around bathtub. (IN THE CONTRACT THEY WERE TO SUPPLY - TOILET, VANITY, LIGHTING ,BATHTUB) WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO IT THEY ONLY SUPPLIED THE-TOILET,BATHTUB)WE had to paint the bathroom ourselves. They said they order shower doors but after 2 weeks we had to order them. They didn't put lighting up. THEY WOULD NOT COME TO REPAIR THERE SCREW UPS. SPENCER SAID HE WAS TO BUSY. BATHROOM#2 Put in new floor THE FLOOR IS UNEVEN. I wanted the tub taken out and Put a walking shower- they gutted the bathroom, they took out the marble back splash . They were not going to fix the holes in the wall from them ripping out the back splash, THEY WERE TO SUPPLY THE VANITY, LIGHTING, SHOWER ENCLOSURE AND DOORS. (THEY SUPPLIED THE TOILET AND SHOWER PAN.) The Bifold door was put in upside down ,when Spencer sent someone to fixit the person split the wood and tried to silicone the bracket and door together. TO patch the holes in wall he smeared silicone on the wall( WHAT A MESS) SPENCER WAS JUST GOING TO PUT THE VANITY (I bought) ,TOILET IN WITH THE HOLES IN THE WALL, Ihad to paint the bathroom myself. The shower enclosure and doors - I had to buy myself (which Was include in the contract) SPENCER SAID HE COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF HIS GLASS GUY AFTER 3 WEEKS OF WAITING FOR THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE)The shower arm wasn't in secured to the wall, had to cut hole behind shower to secure it. They put the vanity in and faucets drain ,-The guy who was doing the plumbing for drain he just put a piece of PVC PIPE TO HOOKUP DRAIN AND SAID IT WAS DONE. TRYED IT IN THE MORNING WATER WENT EVERYWHERE ON MY NEW VANITY. THERE ARE MORE DAMAGES ETC. it them 61/2 months to finish both bathrooms compared to3to5 days for each. ((READ )) NEXTGEN SENT SOME PAPERS THREATING A LIEN- WE NEVER EVEN SEEN THESE PAPERS , PICTURES OR CONTRACT BEFORE. THESE PAPERS THEY SENT HAD FORGED MY SIGNATURES AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN SPELL THE NAME RIGHT. "" SO ANY PAPERS YOU GET FROM THIS COMPANY CHECK YOUR SIGNATURES. I FILED A POLICE REPORT AGAINST THEM. THEY DO ALOT OF THREATENING. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I would never higher this company again. There will not bad but the communication was nonexistent. . When they were finished,, Some water was leaking onto the floor. They told. They guaranteed their work and would one back you till the job was 100% satisfaction . They have never returned my calls even though I have called them every day for two weeks. The job still is not done.

They were TERRIBLE. Poor installation. My shower doors are not straight. One of the shower doors wobbles. My sink drain will not close. My vanity drawers do not close correctly and are not straight. The vanity drawers near the wall cannot open all the way because they are too wide and too close to the wall. The floor has a bump in it. They were supposed to put in new floor edges, they did not. The faucet for the sink leaks. I refused to pay them 2k left on the contract because of the terrible work.. I bought a mirror over the phone, because the contract did not cover a mirror. Then they never delivered the mirror I had to buy another one. I am going to sue them.

They did not use proper licensing on the job, the job was substandard, took longer than what they had promised, definitely no professional, and the job is not finished

DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! In late August next gen contacted me for my kitchen remodel project I described on ANGI. Barry with NextGen came out before labor day to give me a bid. After doing some measurements,Barry went back to his office and e-mailed me a quote for replacing the kitchen cabinets, and counter tops.Also included in the bid was the cost of replacing the living room carpet with some sort of laminate flooring.After looking over the bid ,I e-mailed Barry and told him that I would accept his offer.The next day Barry came out with contracts to sign and to collect the down pmt. of $1000 The day after Labor Days young man named Spencer,who identified himself as the operations manager, came over to make some additional measurements and to collect the first payment of $11,522.40 to start the project, thats when the red flags started.Spencer indicated he was only going to reface my existing cabinets and that there would be an additional fee for moving the furniture.After some discussion I showed Spencer the contract showing cabinet replacement and that Barry and I discussed moving the furniture ,which Barry said was included in the price.Spencer agreed, but said verbal agreements would NOT be honored in future.Well after 4 months I have not heard a word from these people! after my experience with Spencer about verbal agreements,I have asked that all communication be by e-mail or text message.To this date I have not heard a word from anyone,I have sent e-mails to every address I can find,including Barrys, and Spencers as well as the company e-mail listed in their add .They have both my phone numbers and my E-mail .....NOTHING. If this company is unable to do so much as a 200 sq. ft. flooring job in over 4 months,I have no faith they can do anything. just saying

I hired to do a bathroom 14.000 plus dollars no hot water in the bath tub ,and didn't complete the electoral Oct.12 to Jan.7 to so call complete I don't have a lot of money but saved to try to have something nice and now the owner won't answer my calls DO NOT HIRE.

We received our estimate quickly, and the initial project manager came to do measurements within a week of signing the contract. We were told work would start within 6-8 weeks and would take about 1 week to complete. It was 11 weeks before work started and 2 weeks for the work to be completed. So the work was completed a full month after initially promised. NextGen did not initiate any communication and we only found about the delay in starting because we called when 6 weeks had passed with no update, and then again at 10 weeks when we were still waiting. The project managers attention to detail was very lacking. There were multiple items that the original PM didn't included in the work orders and the final PM didn't know were missing until it was time to install the specific element. So there a lot of time wasted getting materials and supplies that we were assured were all at the shop waiting before the project started. We even reached out to confirm one very crucial element of the design with the PM and were told that we would be receiving the correct type of door yet the installers still arrived with the wrong door on the day of installation. The installers were pleasant, professional and skilled and the work completed was done well. They were very good at adapting to unexpected challenges with the work.

Next Gen Kitchen & Bath told me they would do the job for $4,800 and they told me I had to sign the contract before a certain deadline to get the price they quoted. They only tiled and sloped my balcony, they did not do all the things I asked them to do. For the job they did they took shortcuts and did a lousy job. They refused to do any corrections. They rushed everything to do the job fast. I paid double for the job they did compared to what I would have paid any other contractor to do it right. The owner called me and told me there was a warranty and there is no warranty since I asked him to give it to me in writing and he refused to do so. They refused to come and repair any bad work they did.

Not a good customer service and the pricing is outrageous. I am sorry I used home advisor.

The installers that worked on my project were professional craftsmen!
