Really great service and a great job on my exterior project!!

Sam and his crew were very professional and it showed in the quality of their work. We had our kitchen cabinets repainted and they did a terrific job!

Sam is very personable and easy to work with. His crew did a great job with both the interior and exterior painting jobs. Jose did a great job with some trim repair on the exterior and Jason was very skilled at repairing some drywall issues we had.

He was supposed to call before coming;; I came home and they were already working on the deck. There were things that still needed to be removed, but they did that for me.

I hired Sam and his painter to paint all of the trim and walls in our dining room. This was a big job since we were changing it from stained wood to white paint, but they did an excellent job. The crown molding was a dental work design and it looks like it was always painted. The whole room looks brand new. Sam is also a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, and very willing to work with me throughout the project. I will definitely be using him again for painting the rest of our rooms and trim.

Painter Pro was unquestionably the best and most professional painting service I have ever hired. Doug, the painter, did a virtually flawless job painting the walls, doors, and trim of my home, using the brand and colors I specified. The end result was beautiful because the preparation was excellent. Both Sam and Doug made communication easy and enjoyable. I will hire Painter Pro again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

I paid the full price, but, the work was never completed. I was not updated when there were delays and I had to request for a redo on one room. Sam seemed very professional when we met and discussed the work, but, the service was not professional.

The work was done as specified and the quote was on point. The little details made the house look great. We will definitely use them again and are very happy with all aspects of the job. They painted our wood trim and doors, ceilings and walls in an open floor plan.

Unfortunately, Sam had to go help his grandparents in Florida after the hurricane. I really would have liked to see him spend more time on the job. It took seven work days to complete the exterior of my house including decks. Three days out of seven they did not have a supervisor on the job. They did a good job, but they had to come back out to clean up paint spots on my porch and decks. I was not happy with the spots but they were concerned and came back out to fix it. Overall it looks nice. I will say I had a few concerns: First is lack of on site review by Sam. Second is lack of communication daily as to what was going on. Third is completing the repairs, prep and painting in order. Fourth is lack of coverings on porch, deck and other areas which resulted in having to come back and fix them. They were not all fixed but the bulk of them were. I am happy with the result but it shouldn't have been this complicated.

Sam Reuter with Painter Pro is far and away the most professional contractor that I have ever dealt with. Not only did he get back to me right away when I requested a quote, he kept me updated throughout the process of any delays (we were having the outside of our business painted and rain caused some unavoidable delays). Sam also checked in with me frequently to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. His employees also were very professional and communicative! If there were any questions at all about how we wanted something done, they checked with us first. Sam came back and did a walk-through at the end of the project to make sure I was satisfied and told me to contact him any time after the project was done. I seriously cannot express enough how impressed I was by this company. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. And we will use them again for our next job!
