He is a great salesman but does not deliver on the promises.

Everyone was prompt, hardworking, very professional and friendly. They came and got on task quickly. They also did some repair on the outside of our home. A great job was done and we love the way our home looks. We definitely will recommend their services to everyone!!!!

Joe did a great job of repainting our ceiling. touching up water damage, then repainting the whole ceiling. Also he repaired a bad joint between sheet rock on the wall and repainted it no charge Thanks Joseph.

Joseph was professional and communicated well on the project. He went above and beyond and the project looks amazing. A pet peeve I have is when contractors leave trash or material around and Joseph and his workers kept the work site clean and neat. I highly recommend Joseph!

The company called to to a carpentry job it was good, and also a painting job, after some months, the painting job was not finished correctly, tried to contact with the professional, not response after multiples attempts

We hired Joseph for his carpentry skills to replace some rotten trim/bird boxes. He also put a fresh coat of paint on our garage doors and repainted the trim and bricks on the front to update the look of our home. Joseph and his partner were professional to work with and we are pleased with the results.

Easy to work with and paid attention to details

I had them paint the exterior of the house. They did a great job repairing things that needed to be repaired before painting and covered and protected everything. The exterior looks great. Even though they did a good job they were more expensive than other painters and I paid them upfront for the project but they never returned to finish the project in the spring like they said they would. This company keeps promising that they will come back to finish the job but they never show up when they say they will show up. They are giving me the run around and do not resolve the issue.

They came in with a competitive bid, but theirs included the carpentry repairs from their subcontractor Nick (he knows what he is doing). They did a great job. I think they respond best to pictures being printed out with highlights on your concerns. Texting will not get you too far (update: Joseph let me know his phone broke right before my project, which is why he struggled with communication). We exceeded my budget due to unforeseen siding repairs, but hey they had the eye for seeing the needed repair. They always let me inspect it myself too to make the decision. I was a little concerned at first that the project would not be completed up to my high standards, but once I figured out how they operate (present pictures of your concerns) they took care of everything. I will say I was quite hands on, and never gave Joseph and Chad a full opportunity to catch things on their own, but if I see something I will say something to help them out along the way and present my expectations. I noticed in the walkthrough they were catching things I did not (which is also why I chose them during the bid). They used Sherwin Williams Super Paint - works for me.

They did not do what I wanted but the over all look was good. My house was in a bad state. It took them a long time to get this done because of how my house was in such bad a way. Overall they did a great job.

Joe and his crew did an amazing job painting our exterior and giving our house the much needed face lift it needed. Joe and his crew at Smart Painting just finished painting the exterior of my home. They did an amazing job and Joe was great to work with. He was able to submit a bid and start the job in just a few days. It was important to me that the new paint scheme enhanced the style of my house. Joe and I went over my color selections and ideas for schemes. He offered a few suggestions and made sure I was happy with the end result. They were respectful of my landscaping and lawn furniture to leave as little impact as possible. He finished in the time-frame promised and any work outside of the original bid was discussed and priced before work began. No surprises. Joe has great attention to detail and I couldnâ t be happier with his quality of work.
