I am a local owner-operator with more than 20 years of experience in all of your home improvement needs. I come from a long family history of contractors here in California. He didn't show up the day I hired him. "You said, 'Tomorrow.'" Yes, I said "tomorrow," but that was yesterday. He came, took out the entire floor (for $450) and THEN said, "Oh, I can't do this floor." Couldn't he have been honest and told us that after taking up two or three floorboards? So we moved in with no flooring and no time to hire someone else. He then said he would paint the walls: "For you, $100/wall." There were a total of eight walls, only one of them a full wall. Cost to us? $1600. It doesn't add up. He did not clean up all the way either. I don't know if he's intentionally cheating and lying or just incompetent. Either way, I would not use him again.

This company was very good for painting. They did a couple of other things for me as well but less competently. I would hire them again for painting.
