My serviceman was Marcus and he was very nice and professional. He called to let me know when he was on the way and he arrived when expected. I will definitely call for his services again Thank you

This was an unnerving experience. The contractor was not timely nor did he give adequate instructions to his employees before he left. Paint on furniture and carpet, sanding dust on electronics and furniture, work needed to be redone after each session. Miss D. was the best painter, she did more work and better quality of work in one day than three other painter he brought two days prior. He decided to quit the job and was going to leave my home in disarray with dust and paint on my furniture, trash on the floor, Ms D cleaned up the best she could..

Very professional!! And very knowledgeable. He was very good at listening to my concerns and making sure they were all addressed professionally. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He very thoughtful and interested in my concerns. His loyalty to me as a customer made me feel good about being part of homeadivsor. Cost was very reasonable and economical.

They did a good job on the first project. I was pleased with it so I hired them for another job. For this one they were often late getting started and the job lasted longer than necessary. Overall quality was fine.

Painted the house once, they used up all of the paint had to come back and paint all the wall because they couldn't match the paint. Then they promised to patch area on the ceiling in the kitchen where a pot rack was installed and told us they would be able to match it and they couldn't now I have a square on the kitchen ceiling that doesn't match the rest of the paint on the ceiling. Wants 400 more to come out and repaint the ceiling.

Appointment times were not kept and he was three to four hours late and did not call. I had to contact him. He did not re-install my cabinet doors according the numbering system which created miss-alignments. I now have to hire another pro to attach one set of cabinets back to the wall because it is now loose. He rushed the job.
