Mark is a nice guy. Good painter. Works alone, which is nice. I hired him for a 2nd job, which ran a day late. Cost me a bit more $$, but it was more work, so it's okay. Both jobs came out good. Some touch-up needed. He doesn't do wood-work, so I have to find someone to clean old paint off of my wood molding. I thought painters did this, but apparently not. He was neat, clean & prompt. However - sanding creates lots of dust, no matter how tidy - so expect your house to be upside down. Make sure he doesn't put your furniture outside like he put mine, but other than that - he was good.

I contacted Painting by Mark Caruso and within 24 hours, Mark gave me a call and we setup a date for him to come by to give us an estimate. Mark showed up early, inspected the work to be done and gave me a detailed quote that same visit. After fielding other quotes and reviewing their work, we decided to hire Mark. Mark did a nice job but communication was not good after the project was somewhat done. Was paid in full and after walking around found areas that needed touch up. He said he would come back in a couple days to fix and Its been 4 weeks and will not return calls and hasn't come back and stand by his word. Poor professionalism!
