First, I rarely if ever take the time to give a review because I'm often disappointed by contractors or left barely satisfied but in this case I feel like I should share my experience. Also, I'm not a relative or a friend so this is an unbiased review on working with Paladin solutions... I already had two estimates from their competition, well established companies but had a bad feeling about it. It seemed like it was about the most amount of money for the least amount of work and cheap materials. So, I went online and dumb-lucked into Paladin. I thought this was as creepy as online dating and won't end well. But I like the straight forwardness of the company and got a good feeling dealing with them. So, I signed a contract, wrote the check and held my breath. Then the deep exhale of relief. A few words and phrases come to mind with my dealings with Mark, the guy who did the work and oversaw the entire project...Trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courteous, hard working, attention to detail, communicates effectively and efficiently and a master of his trade. I will admit I am anal and fussy when it comes to people, especially strangers, working for me in my home. I could be your worst customer but if I was thinking of something Mark already thought it. It seemed as if he was working on his own bathroom and was always one step ahead of me. Who does that?! So, the workmanship was 5 star top-notch all the way. And the price? As I mentioned before with other companies I was quoted a lot more for less work. Especially Re-bath, just run in the other direction! In my project additional damages were later discovered and other damages relating to the bathroom but were not in the bathroom and I thought, crap, here comes the upsell and addition charges. Wow! I was charged not a cent more. And when I asked for something extra I did not get the "eye roll". It was like sure, no problem. The price was completely fair, I felt I got my monies worth and then some. I did not make them rich and they did not make me poor. My expectations were not only met, they were exceeded...wildly! My new bathroom looks rich and I would wholly and without reservation recommend them to my friends or family. So, if you were like me, online searching for someone to do a project in your home, STOP!, you just found them.
