Paladin Bathtub Resurfacing

Job well done

I hired Bill reglaze our bathtub. Less than a year after the drain area started cracking and peeling. I contacted Bill for correction per the Warranty on 06/21. He told me to reach back out in 2 weeks. I spoke to Bill on 07/05/22 and he was irritated that I called to ask about a repair date and he said he has other customers. He said the 2 weeks was an estimated time and to call back in another 2 weeks. I texted Bill on 07/28/2022 (3+ weeks later) and he still has not responded. The cracking and peeling is getting worse and Bill Lepinksy is nowhere to be found.

Exactly what was needed and a first-class job. Took longer than expected and the work was done without a complaint. Clean and professional, I recommend Paladin to anyone looking for tub resurfacing!

Completely unprofessional work, plus extended damage to my bathroom. Cannot recomend this professional to anyone due to he is not a professional.

Very thorough work; the bathtub looked better than when we first moved in. He even came back to reattach the sliding glass doors once the paint was dry. He was very careful not to leave a mess afterwards; cleanup was meticulous.

Owner Bill Lepinsky was a pleasure in every way: he was on time and thoroughly explained his processes. He carefully prepared and protected the bathroom meticulously in advance, went through all his detailed preparation steps that ensured our PERFECT RESULT! Bill took our old UGLY drab GRAY TUB and made it into a SPARKLING WHITE SHOW PIECE!!! We are still amazed--even have the photos of before and after! (He also added an 'invisible' non-slip safety mat area base for us!!!) We saved so much in not having to remove the old tub and thus damaging all the perfectly good tiles around it to do so!!! Bill is a pleasure and thoroughly competent professional! You'll be glad you hired him! We are!

Bill wasnt willing to do a pre-job assessment, which I think my particular job needed and yet I needed the job to be done within a certain time-frame, which he did. My tub looks better than it did before, but there are problems, perhaps small, that certain areas of the tub floor ooze a rust stain through. I currently feel that the tub floor requires a second coating. Im not sure Bill would respond, whether this would be considered part of the 5 year warranty, or what, which is why Ive been hesitant to post a review, never having done this project before and not knowing what to expect. He also started working on the job before giving me the criteria of the 5 year work warranty and the bill for services. This perhaps more than anything else is what raised a red flag in my mind, yet I chose to let the job continue. Just saying, thats all.

Booked Bill to reglaze our tub; he could not finish it in one day and said he would come back to finish the caulking he had to do. When we were able to use the tub 36 hours later, we found it was rough and gritty all over. Bill said he would come back and fix it; although it is slightly better than it was, the surface is still rough and is unbelievably uncomfortable to bathe in. He also chipped the exterior finish of the tub, so it looks terrible on the outside (like someone scratched it).

Worker was very nice and spent a great deal of time. I requested an upgrade of the caulking and he went out and purchased it.

Bill was great. Professional who knew what he was doing. Showed up on time and did excellent job!

One visit on a Saturday and he was back on Monday to resurface my bathtub. I had thought I needed to replace everything because of chipping and rust. Tough when you are selling your house. Bathfitters came in with their bottom of the line product with an 8 week turnaround and over $6000 price. Paladin got the job done for $350 and I look like I have a brand new tub in one day. A true craftsman, I would highly recommend this company.

I am thrilled with the resurfacing of my old clawfoot tub. It was really in bad condition and Bill brought it back to life and now it 's smooth and shiny, like new . Bills a thumbs up all the way!

Bill was efficient, professional, and the completed project was beyond what we could have imagined. Showing it to our friends and family they cannot believe it is the same bathroom and we did not have to completely retile it. The bathroom was originally a bubble gum pink color and now you would never know, the white finish looks brand new. Definitely worth the money!
