Dale made several trips to the house to upgrade equipment and recheck results.

Dale was professional and explained all aspects of the job. We discussed the details and agreed upon how the project would work. He gave me a complete understanding of the need and the design of the system. Followed up with a final test to make sure the fan was rightsized for the job, and it was. They cleaned up at the end and left everything as it should be. I would recommend this company to anyone, including my neighbor, whom they visited to give an estimate to after finishing my job.

Dale was thorough and professional. He located the system in the home so as to be as efficient as possible and also to be as unobtrusive as possible. No ugly piping shows outside of my home. The exhaust stack is through the back slope of the garage roof. He explained how the system worked once the installation was complete and cleaned up the entire work area. The job was done in four hours. The radon levels dropped dramatically shortly after it was operational. Subsequent testing showed safe levels in the household. It is whisper quiet. I should have had it done years ago. Thanks Dale!

great work and price

After receiving notice from county that lead was found in certain areas of a house, I contacted Paladin. They had a very fast response, did the work quickly, and their price was so low I couldn't believe it. Great Work.

Chris is easy to get ahold of and quick to respond with his quote, scheduling and performing the job, or answering any questions I had. His price was very competitive and fair as well.

I noticed water coming through my kitchen ceiling and walls around 7PM and panicked. They were at my house within an hour of me calling them and started right away. I was impressed that they took my problem so seriously. They explained the whole process so well that I was comfortable before they left that night. Chris met with the insurance adjuster at my house and helped me explain what I thought was damaged. They were able to dry and save a hutch that's been in my family forever! I hope I never have a problem like this again but without a doubt would use them again

Chris was very accommodating, I failed to have someone at the house to unlock for him, he waited for over 2 hours then he left to do another job when I found out about the problem he rearranged his schedule again and came back 30 minutes later and completed the mold remediation job late that evening
