Nick's a fun guy to work with. He and his team care and put in a lot of effort to make sure they are doing it right.

Efren did quality work and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. He arrived at our home very quickly and finished the job in a very timely manor. He insulated, patched and painted a hole in our bathroom ceiling that resulted when we removed a skylight from our roof. Now, you would never guess that the ceiling had been repaired. Efren was a delight to work with.

Nick was very quick to respond to communication in a friendly and professional manner. Extraordinarily easy to deal with, completed the job faster than anticipated.

They are also doing mold removal and repair for us. Nick Hoffman quickly agreed to do the work for a very fair price and Sarah handled all the paperwork with our insurance company efficiently. Chris and Gene, the guys who came out and did the work for us, explained what they would need to do thoroughly and professionally. They set up time to work at our place one day ahead and then called to be sure we knew they would be over about a half hour before arrival. As soon as they arrived, they were working hard. We need a few more things fixed up, and I am definitely hiring Palladin. I could not recommend a business more highly.

Although i did not compare prices, others have told me the price was fair. The people were really nice and accommodating.

I would highly recommend this company. They were very honest and didn't try and sell us something we didn't need. The workers showed up on time and explained what was go on during the process. In the end we got exactly what was in the quote with no surprises. Outstanding customer service! I would definitely hire this contractor again.

The quote was higher than it should have been ,maybe anticipating the worst ? If the repair had been more difficult than anticipated I think they would have honored the quote. Was charged $46.26 for materials ( I had shingles, that were used and it only took 3 or 4. Was charged $76.04 for removal and disposal ... they dumped the 3 old shingles in my trash can. The repair was done expertly and was done in a timely manner ( It was an emergency ) and they came right away and did the needed repair. They are expensive but I believe they provide excellent work quality.
