Keep in mind that Bill will arrive with a small tractor-like device for the stump removal and that your grass will get a little tore up, but it's not that bad and will self-repair in 1-2 weeks.

Equipment weighs 4200 lbs, has tank like treads that tear up your lawn, especially when lawn is damp after. Rain. In my opion, Operator SHOULD KNOW BETTER NOT TO USE EQUIPMENT IN THIS SITUATION.

Don't hire stump removal if ground in nearby areas is damp because it does leave deep tire marks that need to be addressed as well as the stump area afterwards.

Service was sloppy, left a big mess. Yard looked horrible after he left. No pre- contract so didn't know clean up not included. No call on date/time so could not be home for service. Very disappointed!
