The people were/are Amazing. They Came on time, worked very hard. Pedro & David explained everything, went over colors with me. They are very professional. The hardest working group of people, Working in August in 100+ degree weather. I highly recommend them. My house looks amazing. I am so happy. Porch is next. .

Exterior Painting and Staining Service
Palatial repainted the exterior of our 1970s split-entry in Lenexa: full pressure wash, scraping, caulking, wood rot repair, and two coats of paint on body, trim, and garage doors. The finished result looks excellent. Crisp trim lines, clean caulk work, no overspray on the brick, and they handled the rot repair without up-charging mid-job.
