We hired Palatine for a whole-house interior paint job for a home we did not yet occupy. Many large and small problems did not reveal until after the final day of work when they were paid in full. We contacted owner Rick Wood three times with our list of problems and he never replied leaving us with a damaged toilet, flooring problems, and other issues to repair on our own. On top of all this, Palatine kept a house key--leading us to install surveillance and change the locks sooner rather than later. He is also now using photos of our house for marketing purposes on this website. Unbelievable.

I am so thankful for the prompt and excellent job they did. I needed the painting done quickly because the painter that was supposed to do the job let me down at the last minute. Palatine Painting came when they said and finished in time in spite of dealing with all this rain. They even took care of unexpected problems that came up. The price they charged was very reasonable. Not only that they were cheerful and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Excellent Service

Very professional and friendly. Work performed well and in a timely manner. Was expensive for two hours of work but I was afraid to do it myself since I did not own tools. Needed satin clear coat finish for new patio doors, 2 door panels. Provider would not accept a debit card so be prepared to give him cash.

Helpful picking out colors, they did everything in a timely manner. Professional and prompt.
