This is the one of the worst home renovation experiences I?ve had. First off when they installed the driveway, they left concrete mix on my porch columns and front yard that can?t be removed. They didn?t block off the the driveway to prevent cars from accidentally driving on the new concrete. So I did that myself. I had to insist that they reinstall a step on the side of my house because they tried to tell me I didn?t need one. When they did replace it, they dumped a bunch of unused concrete mix in my trash can so I had to clean it out. The worst part is my driveway started to crack and crumble six months after it was installed. The owner has blamed road salt for the deterioration instead of acknowledging that a hot batch of concrete mix or overworking the concrete mix during the installation is what caused this. He is not addressing the situation in a way that shows any integrity or respect. So I will be paying another company fix this mess and filing a complaint with LARA.

Antonio came right out to give me an estimate and set up to have the job done. They came the very next day and tore out my walkway and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job, and I would definitely recommend !

Great experience overall

Antonio and his crew were very professional, kind, and honest from the initial bid to the completion of the work! I ask a lot of questions so I learn and understand, and they were really nice about it all, and gave me piece of mind with their explanations. Even better, the clean up was incredible, like they werenâ t even here, they are a rare find and I will be having them back for two other projects in the future.

I'm a single woman, homeowner and have had difficulty in the past dealing with contractors. Antonio was extremely kind and made the process very easy. I would highly recommend him and his company. I had my walkway of my house done 2 years ago. Now it is breaking down and cement is peeling off. I was told it was because of the rock salt during winter. BULLCRAP. I use rock salt every winter the past 30 years on my driveway and sidewalk and NEVER had an issue. Palermo using low grade cement and does not follow up when I called or texted. No pride or customer service response. Think twice before you hire them. Get them off Angi list.

From estimate to completion Palermo was responsive to my needs, punctual, professional and reasonable in price. If I am in need of more concrete work I will be calling them.

My phone calls were returned promptly. The cement work was exceptional. The owner kept in touch to make sure the cement job was completed according to the signed contract. I was very happy with the end result.

I had the opportunity to meet with the owner who was very professional and courteous. I explained my concerns about the project and we agreed to proceed. His crew arrived on time and completed to job as planned. The work was very good and the clean was excellent. I highly recommended this group and will utilize them again if I need further concrete work.
