I was referred to Palette Pro from a friend who had seen their work and was highly impressed. I called and spoke to Sophie who gave me as much information as possible and asked me to send pictures of my kitchen cabinets. She said Rodrigo would get back to me with a price to have the cabinets painted. He was very timely in sending me a detailed email with exactly what would be done and the cost. I sent a third of the cost as a deposit the end of March 2022 and work began the middle of May 2022. I was told that Adrian was going to be my painter and that he would arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am. The Palette Pro van was parked in front of my house at 8:15am! Adrian Jr. and Adrian Sr. arrived ahead of schedule and immediately started removing all the cabinet doors and hardware. All the relevant hardware was left on the adjoining shelf. Except for the machinery they used, they worked as quiet as 'church mice'. Once the doors were removed, they were taken back to Palette Pro for refinishing. Adrian Jr. said it would take approximately one week. One week later both gentlemen were back and on the job before 8:30am to paint the fixed cabinets. They METICULOUSLY taped paper and plastic drop cloths on everything not to be touched by paint. They started painting in the afternoon with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of the color the following day. They returned on the third day to replace all the doors, hardware and remove all the drop cloths, paper, tape and their equipment. There was NOTHING for me to clean up only to replace the kitchenware back in the cabinets. I cannot say enough of the workmanship, professionalism, punctuality and friendliness of these 2 men. If I could I would give them 10 stars! Thank you Adrian and Adrian and thank you Rodrigo for sending them to do my kitchen! A job extremely well done and second to none.

The workers were very polite however refinishing floors is NOT their expertise.I found this out the hard way! I hired them to refinish the hardwood floors in my house. The oak floors were fine but the maple floors turned into a disaster. The job should have taken 4-5 days. After two weeks the floors were finally acceptable. However, I needed to touch up the stairs and walls in my house with paint due to the stain splattering on the baseboards. The workers never stained the wood behind my refrigerator. They had to come back numerous times due to "oversights". I think they should stick to painting!

This is a highly professional company! All the workers I had contact with were so nice -- it was a pleasure doing business with them and the I am very happy with the resulting improvements they made for me. I asked for a custom built radiator cover and had some molding installed around my fireplace hearth and also a bathroom painted. The work was completed on schedule and their fees are very reasonable.

I hired Palette Pro after meeting with a 5 contractors. After purchasing a new home, we wanted to paint and update parts of the house. My project consisted of painting about 2,800 sq ft, refinishing 1200 sq of hardwood floors, and create a kitchen pass-through between our kitchen and family room. When receiving my quote at my home, Rodrigo was on time and very detailed. They use great technology for their contracting which breaks down the cost on a room by room and project by project basis, making pricing very clear. You also sign documents electronically, making contract very transparent. After considering several other contractors (as I was new to the area), Palette Pro's quote was very competitive and they seemed to very easy to work with and would be able to get the project done in a prompt manner. They also offer a free paint color consultation with an interior designer to help pick out colors, which was very valuable for us. The results of the project were excellent and we are very satisfied. The cost of the project was exactly as described. The painting professionals did extensive patching of small nicks and settling cracks in our walls. They even applied a 3rd coat of paint to 2 rooms that they thought needed it to match our desired paint color. I would strongly recommend Palette Pro for a home renovation project and they would definitely be our first call for a future project.

Great quality, service and attention to detail. The job consisted of painting all interior surfaces for around 2000 sq ft home. I met with 5 painters to quote the job.
