Palm Beach Enclosures built a BEAUTIFUL Screenroom for us. We couldn't be more pleased! The craftmanship of this room is amazing. I'm in awe every time we go in the screenroom. The amount of work, effort and expertise put into building the deck and room blew our minds. The final product is truly amazing. I want to thank Matt, Esteban for the exceptional work they put into this room. They were professional from the time they stepped on our property until the time they left. They had great personalities as well. I also want to thank Jeremy for putting this project together! I have already recommended Palm Beach Enclosures to several of my friends and plan to share my pleasant experience with many more people. If I'm ever in need of another screenroom or sunroom, Palm Beach Enclosures will be the first people I call. We couldn't be happier with this project.

The workers were not very organized but they did end up doing a very good job.

They arrived mid-day and left about 7 PM. Finished the job in that time period.

We hired this company to enclose our patio with a screen room last summer. Between the unusually rainy summer and the company's workload, it took them 2-3 months to start the project, but that was OK. It only took them 5-6 days to finish the project, but at the end they seemed to get in a rush. There were areas that were not properly caulked, and the panel on the door was installed backwards; however, the worst part was the gutter. During the first rain, we noticed some pretty bad leaks. We sent photos to the salesman and asked them to come fix the door and the leaks (we did the caulking ourselves). That was in September. It is now March. We have called the salesman and the company many times, but they have not responded to our requests. My 74 year old husband recently borrowed a ladder and placed it at the top of a steep slope to see if he could fix the gutter. Unfortunately, he discovered that there was standing water in it because it slopes away from the downspout, so our gutter is going to be a mosquito breeding pit. We are going to have to hire someone to install another downspout. My opinion of this company at this time is that they do not stand behind their work. I would not recommend using them.

They turned my deck into a gorgeous screened-in porch, working with an awkward angle on the back of my house. They worked quickly, efficiently and yet took care of all the details. Absolutely recommend them, especially with their screen. My porch faces west and gets heavy sun. Now I can hardly see into the porch from a couple steps outside.

The crew did a great job! The install was top notch, and we are enjoying our new screen room fully. The staff listened to us from the beginning, and allowed input and requests all the way through the project. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Initial construction was fairly prompt. An additional request after the fact has been ignored.

I am very happy with the awning.The installers were outstanding,they were pros.They explained the operation and care of the item in detail.The only problem we had was the owner of the company,we had words over the phone about customer satisfaction and rights.We were glad the installers were not of the same mold as him.

I am very disappointed with this company. I am still waiting for them to complete the job. I had to call several times to get updates on when the awning would be in and was presented with excuses every time. They finally brought the awning last week and could not complete the job because they had the wrong motor. Right now I have wires hanging and a rolled up awning waiting to be finished. They don't know when the motor will be in at this time. Very frustrating having to wait and deal with this unprofessional company.

They quoted me a price and then started the job. While in the process of doing this roof they told me they were raising the price. They also said they would finish in one day but failed to do that, maybe that was because they didn't bring all the tools they needed to the job. When they did finish, it looked like they had done a good job. But, beware, he didn't have a problem raising the price after I hired him an he started the job.

It was almost dark when they got here, so I thought they were just dropping off supplies for the next day. Instead they started working and finished the job in what seemed like no time.
