Water damage due to leaking roof and sunroom windows, which soaked carpeting and stored tems. Black mold was present. Two very pleasant and hard working young men practiced Hazmat protocal and removed all items from the room and treated the room for mold, etc.

So pleased that I chose this fantastic company. Caleb and his assistant, Dan, did a fantastic job using Hazmat protocal to eliminate a soggy mess in a leaky sunroom which also contained black mold. They are very nice guys, too.

I contacted 5 plumbing contractors in this small community and only one even answered his phone to let me know he was scheduling work two weeks out. Home Advisor put me on touch with a plumber that came to my house in 30 minutes and repaired the problem by the end of the day. I will definitely start my search for contractors with Home Advisor in the future. Keith Emerson

Chad and his helper were on-time, came prepare with the tools and parts need, did the job then checked to see if the system was leaking from anywhere else. PROFESSIONAL !

These men from Palm Industries were great. In the past, I had jobs done by 3 separate persons to do this job. They were recommended, but were not licensed, and every job made the situation worse! I was not aware of the stress that I held. I did not know what to do. So, when this mess blew up, I was desperate and needed a plumber right away. Local plumbers here were unavailable for 1 1/2 weeks. Got Home Advisor online, made the appointment for the next morning and they came at that time. Was perfect!! They were friendly, professional, did the work, and most of all never made one remark about the poor job that had been done. Could not have had a better experience! !
