Palmer Builders, LLC

Palmer Builders renovated main bathroom, moved and replaced kitchen, added a laundry room and added a half bath. All electrical, plumbing, gas work completed to standard. The tile work and painting were perfection. All appliances installed to specifications. The whole job was done wonderfully. Palmer Builder did the same outstanding work on a previous home I owned. Highly recommend this company.

Palmer Builders was hired to complete two major renovations. One included the removal and leveling of existing floor and joists, addition of a 1/2 bath, addition of a kitchen, and installation of flooring, drop ceiling, and finish paint job. Simply put…I could not be happier with the work that Dan and Ken performed. This is the third time I have used them, and am extremely happy with everything they complete. The other project they completed was for the food pantry in town. The job was to renovate an out of date bathroom, install an overhead garage door, install a new entry way door, and install flooring. Again, everything was completed to perfection. Dan and his crew cleanup at the end of each day. They are easy to work with and help add thoughts and ideas along the way to ensure the best possible outcomes. It’s often the little things that people don’t do that make a difference, and it’s these little things that Dan and Ken ensure are not missed! Top notch!
