Palmer Construction

We have been in contact with Palmer Construction about replacing my mother-in-laws roof since April. She was very pleased with their professionalism during the initial inspection and sent out an estimate for a partial replacement which my mother in law paid the 50% down. A second estimate was created due to a complete roofing needed. She paid the difference for the updated reroofing price (new 50%). They received that check the last week of August. It is now ONE MONTH LATER and even though she was told they would probably begin her roofing project the second week of September, she still has not received any work from Palmer regarding a start date!

THEY WERE AWESOME!!!!

They replaced my roof, when they came to give quote I told them if I hired them they would have to give neighbor a finder fee of $100. They said no problem. The neighbor still has not received it after 3 months and numerous phone calls which are never returned. I left many calls for Jennifer palmer and she never returned any of them. Also no one on crew spoke English so could not answer any of my questions. The crew did a good job though. Too bad their customer service is so lousy!! UPDATE: They did come through in the end and did as they promised. The owner, Jennifer, came to my home herself to apologize and ensure that my neighbor got the promised gift card. They also assured me that they would improve their customer service.

I had contracted with a different roofing company who failed to complete my installation. Palmer construction went above and beyond to finish my new roof installation by fitting me project into their already full schedule. I can't thank them enough.

Palmer Construction did a great job with our home damaged in the 2021 windstorm, completely replacing the roof and gutters and interacting with the insurance company. We'd like to bring Palmer back for additional deck and fencing projects.
