It was being bid as a walkin but after seeing John and his prosthetic leg I knew just one trip over the shower curb could mean disaster for him. So we went the extra mile to make sure John can do what he needs to do with no worries. Way to go Micah and Shawn!"

"We removed a large commercial vent hood to inspect the dividing wall between units. We saved her 1/2 the cost quoted after finding out the wall already met code. We then reinstalled the 600lb. Venthood 5" higher and also installed a 4' x 8' steel backsplash for the commercial stove area."

In the bathroom the jacuzzi tub and shower insert were removed and a large custom roll-in shower was built and the toilet was raised to a height of 21 1/2 inches as well as new flooring, 3 door widenings, texture, paint etc. Not only was her kitchen upgraded with beautiful solid surface countertops, new flooring throughout kitchen, dining, hall and entry but all the lower cabinets, pantry and garbage are all pullouts and soft closes so she can reach everything she has need of. With new lighting, appliances and plumbing fixtures her kitchen came together beautifully. She is a great customer and new friend."

"We removed the shower stall, cut out the concrete to move the drain, installed a new jaccuzi tub to help her back problem, and installed a custom tile tub surround, tiled the master bedroom, changed paint colors 7n bedroom, bathroom and partmof kitchen. Later we went back and tiled her living room and changed paint colors at her request."

"This door was a full 8' door with full glass with approximately 1/8" clearance each side after removing the old one. The home was a high end home and the drive from our shop was 35 miles one way. I explained to James our door install charge was for standard doors going straigh out and then straight in fully trimmed and sealed. He was going to do it himself but after looking he reconsidered. I explained that there would be a 40.00 additional charge for oversize door. James called back later and wanted us to do it. Door went in and leveled up good, trimmed out using his old trim to match. Deadbolt was just a little tight but he said he liked it that way."

"We installed some beautiful french doors for Don off their master bedroom which involved cutting the brick on his home. We also installed coach lights on both sides of the door which really made it look great plus one outside electrical outlet for power. We are suppose to go back and install two motion sensor lights under the soffitts which will come on and send light onto this area. Great clients!"
