Took a little bit to get them out here, but once here problem was quickly fixed. He tried to use one solution that would save us money, didn't work so had to go with other, but we appreciated the honesty.

The repairman was very business like, went straight to the problem and wasted no time repairing it. The cost was the previously quoted $55 service call with no added surprises. He could not take a credit card.

They were very nice, however I had to call them back a few times after they failed to call me back. There was not much communication between them. One told me one story and the other another. One said the fee would be a flat rate then no more, then the other told me he mispoke and I would have to pay more (a few days later). They were late showing up. They did seem like they knew what they were doing and talking about as far as fixing my fridge, and like I said were very nice, but need a lot better communication between the customer and employee's.
