Stone Slab Countertops Installation (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
The counter tops are beautiful. However PHI damaged a draw face during the installation in January 2006. They took the damage drawer face and agreed to repair it within 2 weeks. It is now June 2006 I still do not have the repaired drawer face. They keep saying its in the mail. But the repaired drawer face has not been delivered. For the past 2 weeks I have been leaving voicemails requesting to have the draw face returned to me. Calls are not promptly returned.

I would just like to say that Jonnie was very professional and did a wonderful job on my floors. He communicated very well and I truely enjoyed meeting him. Chuck was wonderful as well getting everything started. All in all, everything went very well and I am very pleased with the end result. Would recommend to friends.
