"Homeowner was never home. Wanted me to do the work but didn't want to be there and wanted me to go in his garage and what not. I don't go in anyone's home or garage without them being there, so if that makes me horrible service so be it."

THe work was excellent and the workers, owner was easy to work with. I wasn't always certain when they were going to come to the house. But, I was in no hurry and since I am retired, home pretty much each day, so this was not a problem for me. But I got what I wanted and the work and equipment of high quality. I did not compare other prices as I was satisfied with the recommendation of Home Advisor. For what I had done I believe it was reasonable.
