Jorge is everything you want and hope for in a handyman: handy, knowledgeable, fair, professional, trustworthy, articulate, detail-oriented, and the list goes on. Mr. Palazuelos is the ultimate professional. He replaced exterior siding and areas of dry rot wood, painted the entire exterior and rebuilt deck and patio stairs. His work and work ethic are exceptional. I recommend him highly.

Jorge is simply the best! He is extremely detailed, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done correctly. He has done numerous projects around my house including drywall repair, ceiling patching, wood rot on exterior and fence repair and I am more than pleased with how everything has turned out. Jorge is extremely polite and very conscientious in all aspects of his work. He repaired wood rot, painted a basement bathroom and play area, replaced an incinerator and lots of other little jobs that I came up with .His work is impeccable and would highly recommend him and I plan on using him again in the future.

Small Projects Painting or Staining
Not very reliable, took 3 months to do the job. Always has excuses for not showing up. Poor communication about your project. After work is done price goes up. Not someone I would recommend.

"Thank you for your comments and I'm really sorry that you feel that way since I went above and beyond preparing the wood before staining and considering that I could never control the factors that delayed the start of the project. First, I could never guarantee, besides the quality of my work, that the product was going to last 10 years as you wanted me to do and it took a while before that was finally accepted. My back injury, your vacations, and the time it took me to recover didn't help either but when I finally started the project the rain was the only reason that delayed its completion, I couldn't under any circumstances apply stain on wood that wasn't perfectly dried or allowed for the 1st coat to completely dried before applying the 2nd and final coat. The price, as stated on the proposal, did not include taxes and also the need, which I communicated before incurring in the expense, to buy more stain stripper due to a second coat of stain on the deck which was not disclosed on initial inspection were the only reasons for the price to go up. That being said, I do sincerely appreciate your comments as they will help me to become a better contractor and be more careful with the projects I accept. I take pride in the quality of the work I do and, even though I recognize that one of the principles in life is the impossibility of pleasing everyone, I will stay committed to do everything I possibly can to make sure this never happens again. If I did something wrong, I sincerely offer you an honest apology."

Extremely conscientious, attention to detail, quality minded, when unknown issues came up he made sure to let us know and discuss options, made suggestions that helped decision making.
