Palm gave us plenty of text, email communication to let us know what is happening. Zach, their "Tech", was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He performed the install after the free inspection. He took 1-2 hours. Very professional. Would use them again. Very happy with the whole experience.

Zack was amazing and very professional. Within, he came within 30 minutes, very efficient and thorough. He gave me an estimate and fixed my broken garage springs and drums within an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Would highly recommend again. Zack even gave us pro tips on how to manage and properly maintain for the future. The service comes with 3 years warranty on the spring.
