Palos Plumbing was very professional. They laid down tarps the entire route through my house that they would walk. They put down cardboard on wood floors to protect where they had to move the heater before going downstairs.They worked quickly and left the work area cleaner than when they started. Great value and very considerate.

Tom responded promptly to an emergency . My water heater needed to be replaced. He was able come the same day and do the install. His quote came in several hundred dollars less than the 2 other quotes I received.

Tomas came out to video the sewer line before I purchased a home as I wanted to ensure there were no major issues. His quoted price was half that of another company. Not only did Tomas and his courteous apprentice work quickly and cleanly (they brought tarps into the basement to keep their work area clean), Tomas went above and beyond and pointed out 3 plumbing issues unrelated to the sewer video that ended up saving me thousands of dollars on the purchase. I will definitely be calling Tomas first if I ever need plumbing help in the future.
