Palyo Plumbing = First Class all the way. Iâ ve hired him a few times over the last few years so I have pretty good handle on how he conducts business. Heâ s very responsive with returning phone calls / texts, and setting appointments. He very professional. Heâ s dependable / shows up for the job when he says heâ ll be there. He knows what heâ s doing and is very open to answering questions / advising. Heâ s honest too, which is hard to find in this world today. He will advise against something even if he would make more $ doing it. (i.e. The first time I hired him was to replace my kitchen faucet and sink. I just happened to mention to him that Iâ ll eventually be getting new countertops. Knowing that, he advised against having him replace the kitchen sink until I get new counter tops. He didnâ t have to point that out, but he did. It saved me from having to pay twice for new kitchen sinks when I do get new kitchen counter tops. I recommended Adam to one of my neighbors and they were very pleased with him as well. - Adam is one of the â good guys.â

Only one of the several plumbers I contacted who actually called me back and accepted the smaller toilet issue we were experiencing. Arrived on time, courteous, honest and fixed the problem. Price was the going rate. Highly recommend Adam.

Adam, with Palyo plumbing is professional and honest. I was referred to him using the HomeAdvisor Program to replace my bathtub faucet. He came to my home assessed the issue and ordered he parts. When he came back to repair the faucet he was given the wrong type of kit which he did not notice (minute difference) until he took apart the faucet and was beginning the repair. So when he put everything back together until he got the new piece he noticed that the faucet was no longer dripping. A shady plumber would have not said anything just to make the money from the job. He made me aware that it was no longer dripping. I really appreciated his honesty which is hard to come by now days. So now I do not have the added expense of replacing something that actually just needed tightened. I did compensate him for his time.

Palyo plumbing responded to our request immediately and was out to give a quote the next day. The quote was very reasonable and the work was well done. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and called 4 different plumbers and no one called us back for one week. We went on Home Advisor Thursday night and Adam Palyo called us back at 6:30 AM on Friday, was at the house at 7 AM and had the emergency fised in 1 hour. We have been having issues with the plumbing for 10 yrs now. Different plumbers have come out over the years and fixed the "emergency" but never even mentioned or looked for a cause. Adam was able to find the cause and has fixed the problem for good. Professional, timely, reasonable in cost for the work that was done. Highly recommend using this company.
