This guy is the best pool / hot tub service guy I?ve ever had. I?ve worked with 4-5 different people and the level of service doesn?t even compare. If you need anything done to your hot tub in the Denver Metro, call Pancho!

I am beyond grateful for Pancho and his wife Crystal. They are so professional, timely, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. They took a horrible unusable swim spa and turned it into a gorgeous pool.

Started out ok, but left the tub side off ( I had neck surgery he knew I couldnt have put it back on) he guessed where things went, first part replaced, then blew something else. Now theres another problem so he just left that unplugged. Later told me, oh Im at another customers house, He realized it was because they may be wet.. so you can plug that back in now.. what? Im supposed to know what was unplugged etc? All this time he left the side off the hot tub, oh Ill put it on once we get a new part. NOW there is also no heat.. the side wasnt ever put back on.. of course he is now. Claiming otherwise.. so I now have a completely broken hot tub.. he may have meant well but was guessing all the way.
