Called them for a AC leak in the attic. As this was last minute I was pleasantly surprise at the rapid response. I was not scheduled but they fit me in same day. They called 10 minutes before arrival and were very professional and knowledgeable. Problem was addressed and repaired within a 30 minute period. They took the time to tell me the main drain was clogged and showed me where it dumped out so I could check it myself. Clogged drain was cleaned out and they cleaned the water float as an extra service The service price was extremely reasonable. I recommend you use them on your next AC issue.

Brad showed up when he promised. He looked at the problem and quickly found the "missing" drain line and got it unburied. He found the condensate pan had dropped out of it's bracket mounting points and re aligned it. He extended the drain lines to a point both can be seen easily, repaired duct work, AND cleaned up after himself! Strongly recommended especially after using several other companies over the last several years that left me disgusted with the state of service in the area. OUTSTANDING service and no high pressure sales. He will have our business when this 20 year old Rheem unit meeds replacing. Until then, he will be doing all of our service.

I had an issue with my AC unit today that prompted me to call Panhandle Heating and Air Conditioning. I am so thankful for Casey, he walked me through trouble shooting some things that I could do on my own. Thank you Casey for being so patient and answering my questions, which solved the problem and saved me a service fee.

The called to confirmed. I asked if they could come early they came a day before and I want to say the service was great. They did a great job and I would recommed them to anybody.

They were right on time for the appointment. Very friendly and neat. He checked out my entire system and made recommendations to add insulation. He added Freon to the unit. He did not upscale me and was very professional. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

I was very worried calling on an a/c company in the middle of summer, but the job was quick, easy and NOT expensive.
