Keith, the owner, and his assistant did a first class job applying an epoxy floor coating to my garage floor after first grinding away the badly oil -stained concrete surface, sealing with a moisture barrier, and finishing with the flake infused epoxy coating. He was punctual, kept me informed of his progress and performed the work at a very affordable price. He went the last mile to make the work perfect. The floor looks beautifulI. I highly recommend his services.

I tried epoxy paint first. It was cheap but did not hold up at all well. Panhandle Home Solutions was a far better way to go.

Keith (the Owner) was VERY thorough and diligent. He has exceptionally high standards and he meets or exceeds them. His work quality is exemplary and pricing is very fair (I got three bids). He stands by his work and his crew (who he works with) shares his high standards to produce optimal results.

They reached out to me on Dec 18th and came looked at my garage and give us a very reasonable quote with the promise of starting on Jan 6th. After pointing out a few areas that might have moisture issues, they recommend applying moisture barrier at an additional charge which we accepted. This is when they stopped communicating as if they had changed their mind and since we had taken everything out of a 3 car garage and needed the work done, we had no choice but to look for another contractor. I would not waste my time with them again because they did not come through due to moisture issues. I found out later that all other reputable companies put down the moisture barrier first because we are in FL. So l guess I am glad l did not go with them and everything happens for a reason.

Keith and his team did an outstanding job bringing our natural stone tile back to life. He cleaned floors and shower tiles, repaired grout, and then sealed both floors and showers. He cleaned up well leaving things just as they were before his work and was very pleasant to deal with, offering to return for any missed areas or touch ups. Very pleasant service & response, I'd highly recommend this firm, especially for Perdido Key area of Pensacola and high traffic condos.

Keith and his helper did a great job on the tiling and caulk problems I had. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.
