re: Panhandle Power Wash LLC 850-384-1498 Greetings and Great News! I am so happy to report and share with you an outstanding company that can give your home a " face lift! " I have been in my home 27 years... and I was so busy working (6:30 am - 4:30 pm with at 2 hr lunch), that I totally neglected routine maintenance on my home FOR YEARS! From the street you could see black mold on the roof. The brick on the house was dull and the mortar was gray, not white. The deck was BLACK with mildew and the driveway was dark with the exhaust from vehicles. The privacy fence as gray and looked like it needed to be replaced. The front porch which once was beige, was just a muted nothing color. It all seemed hopeless and just overwhelming. A L L of that changed with a visit from Panhandle Power Wash... They have chemicals to kill the mold and soft washing that does not strip the shingles on the roof. The brick have their color back and the mortar is white. I could hardly believe that the deck that was black with mold is now clean and ready to be stained. They were cleaning the concrete and accidently hit the fence... It looked so bad, I thought it needed to be replace.. but it looks like new and the drive way is clean and bright, too. These are great folks who are patient and kind. I can not tell you how many times I changed my mind on what I wanted cleaned first. Eventually I will get everything done, but I have a 180 ft circle driveway and 200 feet of privacy fence... so they are willing to work with me as I can. Meanwhile, if you have a project, I hope you give them a call... you will be so glad you did. Ms Deb
