Panko Construction & Trimmery has been in business since 1983, owner Tim Panko, I am the jack of all trades and darn good at them all. I can build you your dream home or project or help you design what you need. I also have a very nicely equipt climate controlled cabinet shop so lets do this !! Something to consider when hiring a service company , I unlike alot of other companys, am on the job from the beginning to the end, I don't put people on the job and hope that everything goes well.. I make sure it gets done like as if it were mine...

Vinyl Siding - Install or Completely Replace
project management was not efficient in ordering materials to avoid delays and the workers were unsupervised the majority of the time. the workers did not utilize the full day to get things done (late start most days 11;00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Basement - Remodel
added and charged for extras not agreed to took him 2 months to start and said it would be one, took 1 1/2 months to finish and said it would take 3 weeks. left all garbage for me to clean up, said he normally has a dumpster on the job but did not put it on the quote. took home extra drywall that i paid for and then said he would not charge me for the disposal, atleast 3 full sheets. however, we are satisfied with the job. may or may not use again when plan to build pole barn in the future. ***
